Meeting With Mobile Accessory Company

At CES 2018, United Patent Research (UPR) met with a major U.S. manufacturer who specializes in mobile, tablet, PC, and GoPro accessories. Over the last several years, UPR has presented several invention submissions to this company. We are happy to announce the execution of a general Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with this company which will allow us to submit products to them on a regular basis. The direct submission process is what we are always looking for because it allows us to avoid red tape and present new inventions to manufacturers in a quick and orderly fashion thereby accelerating the review process. We are in the process of putting together an information package of new ideas for this U.S. manufacturer to review, and we look forward to getting feedback from them in the very near future.

Mobile Mounting Solutions

AT CES 2018, United Patent Research (UPR) met with a major manufacturer that is looking for products dealing with business solutions – especially with mobile devices used in airplanes and automobiles. Mobile mounting solutions is their main forte. After meeting with their Solutions Architect, Johan, UPR is in the process of putting together a package of products for their review. We look forward to following up with them in the near future to see which products are of interest.

Manufacturer To Expand Product Line

At CES 2018, United Patent Research (UPR) met with a manufacturer who we initially thought had a very narrow market niche. Later we found out that they are expanding into the house ware industry as well. In a private meeting with their Purchasing Manager and their Director of Product Development, we were able to secure non-disclosure agreements that will allow us to provide direct presentations on a continual basis. This manufacturer has distribution already in place with major department stores, pharmacy and wholesale chains, and is looking to expand into the home appliance industry. They will also be attending the International Home and Housewares Show in Chicago. They are very much attuned to looking for automotive accessories, portable devices that can be used in automotive and trucks, and home appliances. We are in the process of scheduling a meeting with them at the Chicago Housewares Show. We will also be having discussions with them prior to that event. We will keep you posted.

Successful Meeting With Electronics Manufacturer

At CES 2018, United Patent Research (UPR) met with a major electronics manufacturer with whom we have been trying to negotiate a licensing agreement for the last several years. After meeting with their Director of Product Development and their Category Manager, UPR received signed non-disclosures agreements (NDAâ€™s) which will allow us to provide them with continual product presentations on behalf of our clients. This manufacturer deals in a variety of categories – everything from electronic accessories, camping products, sport accessories, and bicycling, to pet items. UPR is in the process of putting an information package together since all NDAâ€™s are in place to receive feedback on a handful of products we feel will be of great interest. Interest in Shoulder It

On December 11, 2017, Justin M., inventor of Shoulder It, signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with a North American manufacturer to review his product that recently became fully patented. This company has expressed serious interest by signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement and has already been given access to Universal Licensingâ€™s website to be able to download Justinâ€™s proprietary information. Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, becomes involved in the licensing process once a manufacturer has expressed interest in an invention and promises confidentiality by signing an NDA. The East Coast manufacturer showing initial interest in Shoulder It is involved in many government contracts and has the capabilities to give this product its every chance to become a national best seller. Universal Licensing will be following up in the very near future to explore exactly what are this East Coast companyâ€™s intentions.

At the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo 2017 (AAPEX 2017), United Patent Research (UPR) met with the Director of a major East Coast automobile manufacturer that deals with automotive lighting. UPR is in the process of putting together a list of products that we feel will fit this manufacturerâ€™s market niche perfectly. At first, this company was interested in viewing our products before entering into an agreement whereby we can get a multi-faceted non-disclosure agreement in place. At the SEMA tradeshow 2017, United Patent Research (UPR) met with an East Coast manufacturer that specializes in automotive products that can be sold in hardware stores. One of their products on display at the show dealt with snow removal. UPR has a handful of products that we feel perfectly fit this companyâ€™s product line. We will be following up with them in the near future to see if there is any interest.

Interest in Three Inventions

United Patent Research (UPR) followed up with a major North American manufacturer that we had submitted a few products to at the SEMA 2017 tradeshow. We felt that the products submitted were a perfect match for this companyâ€™s product line. Yesterday we received confirmation that this major North American manufacturer is interested in three products for review. They are: Aubrey A.â€™s C.M.V. Safety Lamp, Melvin M.â€™s Tire Inspection Buddy, and Billy W.â€™s Brake System Awareness. UPR has been in contact with all three inventors and we are in the process of getting non-disclosure agreements signed so that Universal Licensing, our licensing affiliate, will be able to follow up.

United Patent Research (UPR) had a conversation and received a follow-up email with a major North American manufacturer who deals with lawn and garden products. UPR met this company at the Green Industry and Equipment Expo 2017 in Louisville, Kentucky. They communicated that they were reviewing all the products we had submitted to them and look forward to following up with us in the very near future.
