New Product Scout Shows Interest in Two Inventions

A new product scout with connections to Target, Wal-Mart, and Toys Are Us, has expressed interest in the inventions of two United Patent Research clients. The inventions of interest are: the Stroller Pack, invented by Jennifer L.; and, the Musical Appetite Spoon, invented by Paul V. Contact with this industrial, new product scout was initiated by United Patent Research at a recent tradeshow attended by United Patent Research on behalf of its clients.

Further, Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, announced that positive industrial interest has developed regarding the Musical Appetite Spoon.  In cooperation with the inventor, Paul V., Universal Licensing is looking into the possibilities of having prototype and advanced engineering work performed in order to make this invention market ready. Wal-Mart and Baby’s Are Us are two of the firms being considered as possible outlets for this innovative baby spoon.

Patent Granted for the Snug-Ease

United Patent Research client, Caroline S., has been informed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office that her patent application has been approved. Her invention, Snug-Ease, is an innovative clothing accessory designed to permit the user to adjust pants, skirts, or shorts so that they will be appropriately snug and thus less likely to slip down while being worn.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office has informed United Patent Research client, Harry L., that his invention has attained patent pending status. The Sofa Buddy is an innovative product designed to assist individuals in raising or lowering themselves from chairs or sofas. The device is especially useful for the elderly and for disabled individuals.

Inventors Progress With China Patent Applications

Several United Patent Research clients have recently filed patent applications in China. The Chinese State Intellectual Property Office announced that patent applications have been filed for the following United Patent Research clients: Ernest F. and Leslie F., inventors of the Miracle Shelf; and, Marvin S. and Nikhil S., inventors of the Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer. The Miracle Shelf is an innovative accessory table especially designed for use with pools while the Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer is an invention designed to effectively and quickly sanitize multiple shopping carts.

United Patent Research client Steven B. has just sent Fitness Quest an informational DVD and prototype regarding his innovative fishing device. This invention, the Jug Line Fishing Device, alerts a fisherman when fish are on the hook. Previously, Fitness Quest signed a legally binding confidentiality agreement with Steven guaranteeing the confidentiality of any information he would send to them.

Patents Granted for Five Inventions
