The United States Patent and Trademark Office has notified several United Patent Research clients that their trademarks have been allowed. Inventors Eric and Katena C. have invented an innovative fitness device, called the Compass, which facilitates an effective upper body workout in a relatively short period of time. This invention is an innovative safety accessory for campers, hikers, and skiers.  Mark F., has invented Music Hands, an innovative electronic device designed to produce music without the use of keyboards or actual musical instruments.  James W. and Kacie L., have invented Gnat Be Gone which is designed to be a convenient insect repellant.  Inventors Thomas and Amanda G. have invented the Fire Wall Flute Sealer which is an innovative construction product which provides both fire protection and sound proofing for industrial buildings.  John H. is the inventor of The Schnoggle, a uniquely designed goggle/mask.  John N. is the inventor of The Auto Baby, an innovative child car seat.  Jeff P. and Russ W. have invented The Assisted Swivel Stand, an innovative accessory for use by handicapped individuals.

U.S. Patents Issued for Multiple Inventions

United Patent Research is proud to announce that the official United States Patent certificates have been issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office to several United Patent Research clients.

  • Kenneth H. invented the simple yet effective Rifle Rest.
  • Gary D.’s invention, Dunks Flush Away, is designed to improve sanitation in public bathrooms.
  • The Snow Rocket, invented by United Patent Research client Cindy C., is a new design for a snow mobile which simultaneously offers greater speed and increased safety to the user.
  • Paul V.’s Musical Appetite Spoon is designed to facilitate and encourage babies to eat solid baby food.
  • Anthony C. designed the practical Catch All Pop-Up drain assembly which catches hair, etc. better than conventional bathroom drain assemblies.
  • Jerry M. invented the Safety Outlet Cover which promotes electrical safety in homes and businesses.

European Economic Community Patents Granted

United Patent Research is glad to announce that the European Economic Community has notified the following inventors that their Application(s) for Registered Community Design have been approved and formally registered with the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market.

The Miracle Shelf, invented by Frank and Leslie F., which is an accessory table primarily designed for use with pools, although it can also be useful for bathtubs and sinks.

Shower Wraps, invented by Connie and Carl P., is an innovative product which will enable patients recovering from injury or surgery to safely and conveniently shower while protecting the integrity of a cast or a bandage.
