United States Patents Granted To UPR Clients

Several United Patent Research clients have recently been granted patents by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
These successful inventors are:

  • Robert R., inventor of the Water Heater Containment Tank, a safety device designed to prevent damage to a home or business in the event a hot water heater begins to leak.
  • Kevin C., inventor of the Shade Caddy, an innovative hat designed to facilitate the secure use of glasses.
  • Wayne and Spring Rose G. who have devised Cold Safe, an innovative refrigerator accessory designed to alert the user when the temperature inside a refrigerator goes below a pre-selected level.
  • Jerry K. who has invented K-cup, a unique children’s drinking cup designed to prevent spills.
  • Denise F. and Susan M. are inventors of the Pool Depth Conversion Island which significantly expands the versatility of a standard above ground pool.
  • Ken S. is the inventor of an innovative device designed to help keep restrooms clean and sanitary in public places such as restaurants, professional buildings, and airports.
  • Finally, Lorne D. has invented an exercise device, called the Abdominal Explosion Bed, which is designed to easily create strong muscles in the midsection and/or lower back portions of the body.

China Patent Granted For the Miracle Shelf

United Patent Research clients, Ernest and Leslie F., have been informed that a China patent has been granted for their innovative pool accessory. Although the Miracle Shelf has been primarily designed for use with pools, this accessory table can also be useful for bathtubs and sinks.

Manufacturers Show Interest in Inventions

Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, provides UPR clients with valuable guidance regarding manufacturer contacts. United Patent Research client Dorothy D. has a European patent, a China patent, and is patent pending in the United States.  Universal Licensing will be providing her with expert opinion regarding future contacts with manufacturers.

Three manufacturers have recently shown interest in the unique lawn/patio accessory invented by United Research Clients Susan L. and Joseph R. Country Casual, Eagle One Products and Wilke Enqinuity, Inc. have signed Confidential Disclosure Agreements with the inventors and have requested more information about the Pole Cuddle Box. The inventors will be keeping in close contact with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding further contacts with these companies. The Cuddle Box is an innovative accessory for the patio designed to be used with a patio umbrella to form a functional, yet decorative, patio storage system.  Of special note, Eagle One Products is dedicated to manufacturing outdoor products made of environmentally friendly, recycled materials.

Pacific World Marketing has shown interest in the Easy Find invented by United Patent Research client Cynthia Q. The Easy Find is an innovative electronic device designed to enable the user to quickly and conveniently locate lost items. A representative of Pacific World Marketing has expressed an interest in discussing the potential of the Easy Find with both Cynthia and United Patent Research.

Jarral Inc. communicated to United Patent Research clients Richard and Diane R. that they would be interested in distributing their invention, Beverage Wrap. This invention is an easy to use, innovative accessory, for beverage glasses which helps to maintain an optimum beverage temperature while enhancing the stability of the glass. The inventors are keeping Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, informed about this manufacturer contact.

United Patent Research is proud to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued patents to several UPR clients.  The following UPR clients have been mailed an official United States patent certificate for their innovative inventions.

  • Warren and Tiffany J. invented a practical device for pulling irrigation pipes in around one-half the time of conventional methods.
  • Cynthia Q. is the inventor of the Easy Find which is an innovative electronic device designed to enable the user to easily locate lost items.
  • Robin W. is the inventor of an intriguing educational toy called Webtiles and Saurs.
  • Ella E. and Malinda C. have invented a medical accessory, the Disposable Blood Pressure Cuff Liner, which ensures that blood pressure measurements are conducted in a sanitary manner.
  • Timothy and Virginia H. have invented the innovative, retractable trailer hitch. The retractable feature of this unique trailer hitch enhances user safety and improves the aesthetic appearance of the user’s trailer.

Inventors Contacted By Manufacturers

Several inventors working with United Patent Research have recently been contacted by manufacturers regarding their inventions. Richard and Diane R., inventors of the Beverage Wrap, have been in contact with the Dart Container Corporation which provided the inventors with the company’s Disclosure Policy Form. The inventors will be receiving advice from Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding the desirability of signing this disclosure form.  Billy and Deborah G. are the inventors of R We There Yet. Two manufacturers have shown interest in this innovative, transportable pet bed. The Brickmann company recently sent the inventors the company’s non-disclosure agreement. The inventors will be seeking the guidance of Universal Licensing concerning the advisability of signing this agreement. Billy and Deborah have also been contacted by the Dallas Manufacturing Company which signed a confidentiality agreement recommended by Universal Licensing. The representative of the Dallas Manufacturing Company communicated to the inventors that his company is now prepared to thoroughly review and discuss the potential of R We There Yet.

Several inventors working with United Patent Research have recently attained patent pending status for their inventions at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

  • Donald W. is the inventor of the Hybrid Auxiliary Generator which is designed to be used as an innovative, secondary power source for electric and hybrid gas/electric automobiles.
  • Robin O. is the inventor of a unique cell phone designed to be easily charged in situations where an electrical outlet is unavailable.

Issued China patents have recently been mailed to several United Patent Research clients. These inventors are now poised to enter the expanding China marketplace knowing that their inventions are protected by the patent system of China.

  • Paul and Tiffinae B. received a China patent for the Giggle Swing which enables infants and toddlers to safely use a swing designed for older children.

A manufacturer, U.S. Poly, has signed a confidentiality agreement with United Patent Research clients Richard and Diane R. The inventors have been in contact with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research. The Beverage Wrap is an easy to use accessory for beverage glasses and cups which effectively keeps hot beverages warm and cold beverages cool.
