United Patent Research clients have been making progress in their efforts to secure protection for the names of their inventions. Duane and Virginia S., inventors of the Clean Smile, have been notified by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that their application for a trademark has been approved. The Clean Smile is an innovative, portable dental hygiene kit. Paul G., inventor of Maternal Comfort, has also been notified by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that his application for a trademark has been approved. Maternal Comfort is a uniquely designed chair configured to meet the special comfort needs of pregnant woman.

Companies Show Interest in the Doggie Hydrant

An innovative pet accessory, the Doggie Hydrant, has attracted manufacturer interest. Invented by United Patent Research clients Nicholas and Lisa O., the Doggie Hydrant is a complete system of pet waste disposal which includes a unique methodology for filling and storing waste disposal bags. The invention is patent pending in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and a United States trademark application has been filed. Recently Hercules Poly, Inc. and Doggie Walk Bags entered into non-disclosure agreements with the inventors and requested additional information about their invention. Currently, the inventors are receiving guidance from Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding the most appropriate steps to take in dealing with the interested companies.

Trademark Success for United Patent Research Clients

United Patent Research has always been proud of the success achieved by UPR clients in securing trademark protection for their invention titles. Recently, several United Patent Research clients received formal filing receipts from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office regarding their trademark applications. The Electric Traveler, invented by Beverely and Robert E., is an innovative luggage design which permits up to 100 pounds of clothes, etc., to easily be transported with very little user effort or strain. Carol O. is the inventor of Handi Soap which is an innovative shower accessory designed to facilitate the use of a shower by handicapped individuals. Carroll G. has invented Diaper Lock. This is an innovative accessory for diapers designed to make diapers secure and leak-proof. Todd T. is the inventor of Foney Water, a unique health/energy beverage.

Craig S. are the inventors of the Versatile Purse, Versi-Purse. This invention is an innovative woman’s purse having unique features and extensive versatility. The creative design of this purse enables a woman to easily change purses without dumping out the contents of the purse.

Marketing Activity Continues for New Dart Board Game

United Patent Research recently supplied Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of UPR, with information concerning an exciting new dart board game. Dart Racing is an exciting new dart board game which combines the dart throwing skills of a conventional dart board game with a NASCAR type car racing theme. The inventor, Daryl D., is working closely with United Patent Research and Universal Licensing in his efforts to advance his invention. Currently, Dart Racing is patent pending at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
