Recently a major Maryland corporation signed a General Non Disclosure Agreement promising to safeguard in confidence any information sent to them by United Patent Research. This manufacturer, with 1000 plus employees, will be reviewing inventions conceived by United Patent Research clients with the goal of identifying potential products to add to their product line. United Patent Research will be working closely with their licensing affiliate, Universal Licensing, in order to secure desirable licensing arrangements with this manufacturing firm.

Companies Show Interest in New Inventions

US Business Services has signed a confidential disclosure agreement regarding the Easy Fan invented by United Patent Research client, Robert S. Universal Licensing subsequently provided US Business Services with additional information about this innovative fan. The Easy Fan can be attached to a ceiling without tools or renovation of the ceiling.

Xcentric Mold recently contacted Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, and requested information about the Double Dog Feeder. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Arrow Plastic Manufacturing Company signed a general Non Disclosure Agreement promising that any invention information provided to Arrow Plastic would be confidentially handled. The President of United Patent Research, Patrick Ralston, proceeded to personally research and select products of UPR clients which might be of interest to Arrow Plastic. United Patent Research established contact with Arrow Plastic at the Chicago International Home and Housewares Show.

A representative of Medline signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding Comfort Care, the medical aid invention of Shon and Danny M. The licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, Universal Licensing, promptly contacted Medline with additional information about this invention. Initial contact was made with Jay Trends Merchandising Inc. at the National Hardware Show held in Las Vegas this May. United Patent Research not only attends trade shows on behalf of its clients but also contacts manufacturer leads after returning from these trade shows.

Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, announced that the Gorilla Ad Agency has shown initial interest in the Online Yearbook invented by Keith S. After the Gorilla Ad Agency signed a Confidential Disclosure Agreement, Universal Licensing proceeded to contact them and provided information on accessing information about the Online Yearbook.
