The tradeshow in Chicago this past week proved to be a big success for our clients!  Read some of the details below…

Inventor M. Bates sold 400 units of her pens to a retail outlet for distribution.  In addition, she received several offers of interest and we’re also working to secure licensing rights for a couple of organizations to put their logos on her pens for further distribution.

A successful meeting of the minds took place at the tradeshow on behalf of J. Lochmeuller.  Pat Ralston, Michael Freedman, and Jim Lolitz met with an engineer who provided an engineering report for a well connected toy manufacturer.  The intent will be to distribute Ms. Lochmeuller’s Stroller Pak in 40 countries.  We are anxiously waiting to hear the outcome of the offer within the next week.  In the meantime, negotiations continue with two other big name companies to pick up Ms. Lochmeuller’s Stroller Pak.

Inventor Greg Lucas’ product is even closer to being endorsed by Big Ben of the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Negotiations through Universal Licensing are going well.

Pat Ralston and Michael Freedman were able to make solid contacts with several companies that promote products through TV infomercials and shopping networks.  UPR is currently compiling a sampling of our clients’ products to present to these contacts.

Since Pat Ralston and Michael Freedman were able to do so well together at the Chicago tradeshow, they plan on repeating the same approach at the Baltimore tradeshow in April.

Be sure to check back next week for more developments…
