Patent applications have been prepared and mailed to United Patent Resource clients Tuyen and Thuy Lynh T.  regarding their invention Mobile Health Record, and for Harry L. regarding his convalescent aid, Sofa Buddy. These inventors will now review the prepared patent applications and sign them if no changes to the applications are needed.

United Patent Research client, Mark F., announced that production of his innovative musical device, Music Hands, will commence this year. Music Hands is an innovative electronic device designed to enable an individual, or a group, to produce music without the use of keyboards or actual musical instruments. Mark will be keeping in close contact with Universal Licensing, the Licensing Affiliate of United Patent Research, during the pre-production and production stages of his invention project.

Ms. Andre M., a marketing representative with extensive industry contacts, has arranged to meet with the licensing attorney of Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research. The President of United Patent Research, Mr. Patrick Ralston, originally met with Andre at a trade show. After briefly reviewing some of the inventions represented by United Patent Research, Andre expressed enthusiasm to explore the possibilities for licensing some of the inventions in UPR’s invention portfolio.

Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, announced that they are increasing their staff in order to provide expanded service to inventors. The new addition, Alix D., will primarily be assisting in inventor contact activities under the direction of the licensing attorney, Mr. Michael Freedman, and his assistant, Bridgett.

United Patent Research client Kim M. has received interest in her invention from the Dorel Juvenile Group. Thus far, Kim has received a couple of e-mailed inquiries regarding her innovative baby product. Her invention, The Baby Buffer, provides both enhanced comfort and security for babies. Kim will be keeping in close contact with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding further contacts with the Dorel Juvenile Group.

Renee B., inventor of an innovative hospital garment, recently received a signed confidential disclosure agreement from Bennett Uniform. Renee will be receiving the guidance of Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding further contacts with Bennett Uniform.

Cesar E., an inventor working with United Patent Research, received a request for information about his invention from Textron. This company requested that Cesar provide them with details concerning the component parts and operational principles of his innovative car lifting system. Cesar will be carefully following the instructions of Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding his contacts with Textron.

JMK Sales recently signed a non-disclosure agreement with United Patent Research client Steven B., inventor of the Jug Line Fishing Device. Steven is now proceeding to send this company an informational DVD about his invention. Additionally, Steven will provide this company with information on how to access the internet presentation of his invention that can be found on the web site of Universal Licensing (the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research).

Two United Patent Research clients have recently received Notices Of Allowance from the China Patent Office regarding their China Patent Applications. Gary D.’s invention, Flush Aways, is a flushable toilet seat wipe designed to promote hygiene and sanitation. Lori E.’s invention is a unique swimwear designed to be practical for female users of all ages. Gary and Lori are enthusiastic about the commercial possibilities of the expanding China marketplace.

Several United Patent Research clients have recently received notification from the United States Patent and Trademark Office that their patent applications have been granted Notices of Allowance. These inventors are: Yesenia A., inventor of Hand Held Grammar; Cindy C., inventor of the Snow Rocket; Steven C., inventor of the Vacuum Hose Weight; Gary D., inventor of Dunks Flush Aways; Dewaine F., inventor of Z&R Pad and Software; and, Mark K., inventor of Flushables.
