ICON Corporation has signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding the Barrage 3000, invented by United Patent Research client Jesse H. United Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, has provided ICON with additional information about the Barrage 3000. ICON stated that they will be conducting a 90 day review of Jesse’s innovative exercise device, the Barrage 3000.

Several United Patent Research clients have been notified that their inventions have attained patent pending status at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Gene and Sandra G., inventors of the Load Dunage; and, Marvin S. and Mikhil S., inventors of the Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer, are now patent pending. Now that these inventors have attained patent pending status, they will be able to receive the licensing assistance of Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research.

United Patent Research has been informed that the China patent application for the Jug Line Fishing Device has been approved by the China Patent Office. The inventor, United Patent Research client Steven B., can now look forward towards having patent protection in one of the largest consumer markets in the world.

United Patent Research recently forwarded to the assigned trademark attorney the trademark application of Marvin S., the inventor of the “Clean & Green” Multi Shopping Cart Sanitizer, for filing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Marvin is hoping that his invention will promote public health, especially during disease epidemics such as the current swine flu epidemic.

Recently several United Patent Research clients attained patent pending status at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  These clients are: Cesar E., inventor of the Easy Up Car Lifting System; Jean Pierre A., inventor of an innovative medical accessory; Ernest F., inventor of Miracle Shelf, an innovative accessory table primarily designed for use with pools; Henry D., inventor of the Hidden Adjustable Door Stop; and, Laura R., inventor of the Electronic Cookbook.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office announced that United Patent Research clients Ella E. and Malina C., inventors of the Disposable BP Cuff Liner; and Lori E., inventor of an innovative bathing suit, have received Notices of Allowances regarding their trademark applications. Several other United Patent Research clients recently received notification from the United States Patent and Trademark Office that their trademarks will shortly be published in the National Registry. These United Patent Research clients are: Shannette L., inventor of The Saving Grace Swing; Patricia V., inventor of The Tick Scanner; Michael N. and Mikaylee N., inventors of the Fuss Free; Lawrence M., inventor of Baby’s Life Saver; and, Bradley M., inventor of Family Guard.

United Patent Research clients Connie and Carl P. have been making significant progress in their efforts to attain national and international patent protection for their invention. Recently, the inventors received a formal filing receipt from the United States Patent and Trademark Office notifying them that their invention is now patent pending. Additionally, work has begun on a European design patent. Their invention, Shower Wraps, is an innovative medical aid designed to enable an individual with an injured limp to safely use a shower.

United Patent Research clients Danny P. and Armando R., inventors of the Trucker’s Table, are planning a vigorous promotion campaign for their invention. As an experienced trucker, Danny knows the best individuals in the trucking industry to contact regarding his safety oriented invention. Danny believes that the safety coordinators in the trucking industry would especially be interested in his safety food tray.

Jesse H., a United Patent Research client, recently received an inquiry from a manufacturer regarding his unique exercise machine, Barrage 3000. Jesse will be keeping in close contact with UPR’s licensing affiliate, Universal Licensing, regarding the proper steps to take in order to deal most effectively with this interested manufacturer.

The United States Patent and Trademark Office recently approved the patent applications of United Patent Research clients Kenneth H., inventor of The Rifle Rest, and Paul V., inventor of the Musical Appetite Spoon. These inventors can now be confident that their intellectual property rights are protected for many years to come.
