United Patent Research clients, Ernest and Leslie F., have been informed that a China patent has been granted for their innovative pool accessory. Although the Miracle Shelf has been primarily designed for use with pools, this accessory table can also be useful for bathtubs and sinks.

Three manufacturers have recently shown interest in the unique lawn/patio accessory invented by United Research Clients Susan L. and Joseph R. Country Casual, Eagle One Products and Wilke Enqinuity, Inc. have signed Confidential Disclosure Agreements with the inventors and have requested more information about the Pole Cuddle Box. The inventors will be keeping in close contact with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding further contacts with these companies. The Cuddle Box is an innovative accessory for the patio designed to be used with a patio umbrella to form a functional, yet decorative, patio storage system.  Of special note, Eagle One Products is dedicated to manufacturing outdoor products made of environmentally friendly, recycled materials.

Pacific World Marketing has shown interest in the Easy Find invented by United Patent Research client Cynthia Q. The Easy Find is an innovative electronic device designed to enable the user to quickly and conveniently locate lost items. A representative of Pacific World Marketing has expressed an interest in discussing the potential of the Easy Find with both Cynthia and United Patent Research.

Jarral Inc. communicated to United Patent Research clients Richard and Diane R. that they would be interested in distributing their invention, Beverage Wrap. This invention is an easy to use, innovative accessory, for beverage glasses which helps to maintain an optimum beverage temperature while enhancing the stability of the glass. The inventors are keeping Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, informed about this manufacturer contact.

United Patent Research is proud to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued patents to several UPR clients.  The following UPR clients have been mailed an official United States patent certificate for their innovative inventions.

• Warren and Tiffany J. invented a practical device for pulling irrigation pipes in around one-half the time of conventional methods.
• Cynthia Q. is the inventor of the Easy Find which is an innovative electronic device designed to enable the user to easily locate lost items.
• Robin W. is the inventor of an intriguing educational toy called Webtiles and Saurs.
• Ella E. and Malinda C. have invented a medical accessory, the Disposable Blood Pressure Cuff Liner, which ensures that blood pressure measurements are conducted in a sanitary manner.
• Timothy and Virginia H. have invented the innovative, retractable trailer hitch. The retractable feature of this unique trailer hitch enhances user safety and improves the aesthetic appearance of the user’s trailer.
• Henry D. is the inventor of the Hidden Adjustable Door Stop. This innovative door stop is rugged, reliable, and applicable for any size door. One of its advantages is that it is unobtrusive in use.
• Lisa E., invented the Handy Dandy Carrier which is a unique beverage carrier designed to easily transport both hot and cold beverages along with the accompanying condiments.

• Finally, Shannette L. has received her United States patent certificate for her innovative swing for infants/babies, the Saving Grace Swing.

Several inventors working with United Patent Research have recently been contacted by manufacturers regarding their inventions. Richard and Diane R., inventors of the Beverage Wrap, have been in contact with the Dart Container Corporation which provided the inventors with the company’s Disclosure Policy Form. The inventors will be receiving advice from Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding the desirability of signing this disclosure form.  Billy and Deborah G. are the inventors of R We There Yet. Two manufacturers have shown interest in this innovative, transportable pet bed. The Brickmann company recently sent the inventors the company’s non-disclosure agreement. The inventors will be seeking the guidance of Universal Licensing concerning the advisability of signing this agreement. Billy and Deborah have also been contacted by the Dallas Manufacturing Company which signed a confidentiality agreement recommended by Universal Licensing. The representative of the Dallas Manufacturing Company communicated to the inventors that his company is now prepared to thoroughly review and discuss the potential of R We There Yet.

Several inventors working with United Patent Research have recently attained patent pending status for their inventions at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

• Robin O. is the inventor of a unique cell phone designed to be easily charged in situations where an electrical outlet is unavailable.
• Inventor Joseph M. is the creator of the Knee Ease which has an innovative design allowing the pad to easily conform to the user’s knee and leg.
• Mathew C. is an inventor with a “taste” for new food sensations. His Dehydrated Seasoning is an innovative food seasoning designed to be used in place of sugar with sweet foods.
• Richard D. has invented the Boutonniere Clip which allows a boutonniere to be easily attached to clothing without the use of a straight pin.
• Cathy E. has invented an innovative wheelchair accessory which permits the user to conveniently and stylishly store the foot pedals of a wheelchair.

Issued China patents have recently been mailed to several United Patent Research clients. These inventors are now poised to enter the expanding China marketplace knowing that their inventions are protected by the patent system of China.

• Lisa H. received a China patent for the Pizza Dipping Sauce & Container which is a new food product designed for pizza lovers.
• Gregory L. is glad to have received a China patent for his invention, Lucas Designs. This innovative product is designed to enhance the appearance of satellite dishes.
• Steven and Deanna B., inventors of the Jug Line Fishing Device, are very pleased to have been granted a China patent for their unique fishing device which alerts a fisherman when a fish is on the hook. They are well aware that fishing is very popular in China.
• Peter and Judith E. received a China patent for the E-Z Stor-Drawer. This invention is an innovative accessory for trucks which facilitates the placing and removing of items from a truck bed.
• Cynthia Q. has recently been mailed an issued China patent on her innovative location device. The Easy Find is an electronic device designed to enable the user to easily locate lost items, including small objects, such as keys.
• Inventors Richelle G. and Beth K. have been issued a China patent for their invention, the Car Seat Travel Pad. This unique car accessory is designed to enhance the comfort of babies and toddlers traveling in a car.

A manufacturer, U.S. Poly, has signed a confidentiality agreement with United Patent Research clients Richard and Diane R. The inventors have been in contact with Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research. The Beverage Wrap is an easy to use accessory for beverage glasses and cups which effectively keeps hot beverages warm and cold beverages cool.

Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, has been assisting United Patent Research clients in their contacts with manufacturers and retailers. Janelle C., inventor of the Cozy Coat, has been keeping Universal Licensing apprised of her contacts with a representative of the exo2 company. This company has signed a non-disclosure agreement with Janelle and is preparing to have their design team review her invention. On the advice of a licensing specialist from Universal Licensing, United Patent Research client Claire D. is preparing to assemble a prototype of her invention. The licensing specialist, who has several years of fashion industry experience, advised Claire that the creation of a prototype would be of great value in the promotion of her high end shopping bag. This is especially true now that a high end retailer has shown initial interest in this fashionable shopping accessory.

United Patent Research client John H. has been mailed an issued China patent regarding his innovative goggle/mask. This invention, the Schnoggle, effectively blocks wind and harmful sun rays while maintaining good visibility. Kenneth D., inventor of the Klean Deck, also has been mailed an issued China patent. The Klean Deck is an innovative device designed to allow the easy and convenient cleaning of the cutting blades and blade deck of a lawn mower or garden tractor.

Tristar Products, Inc. has offered to review the innovative house coat invented by United Patent Research client Janelle C. Tristar Products sent Janelle their Submission and Confidentiality Agreement. Janelle then proceeded to have Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, review this confidentiality agreement. Universal Licensing advised Janelle that this agreement provided legal assurance of confidentiality and thus it would be advisable to sign the agreement. Janelle will be keeping Universal Licensing apprised of future developments with Tristar Products.
