Terms and Conditions
United Patent Research, LTD. (UPR), is a firm which assists inventors in the patenting process. UPR does not provide invention promotion services and thus is not an invention promoter. Nevertheless, in the interest of full disclosure, UPR is providing the following disclosures:

1. UPR commenced doing business in April 2007. Since that date, UPR has evaluated 19909 inventions for commercial potential. Of those evaluated, 15598 inventions received a positive evaluation, and 4311 inventions have received a negative evaluation. It is noted that only those inventions for which a patent application has been filed or for which a patent has issued are forwarded to Universal Licensing Corporation (hereinafter UL). To date, 321 inventions have been submitted to Universal Licensing Corporation for review, with the remainder being in various stages of development or for which the inventor did not wish to file a patent application or for which the inventor did not wish to pursue their project.

2. Given that UPR does research and arranges trade show services for all of its customers, the total number of customers who have contracted with UPR since UPR commenced doing business, not including customers who have purchased trade show services, research, advertising, or other non-marketing services from UPR, is (and will always be) zero.

3. Given that it is the role of UL, a Licensing Affiliate, (and not the role of UPR) to procure the development and marketing of the invention, the total number of customers known by UPR to have received a net financial profit as a direct result of the services provided by UPR is (and always will be) zero.

4. Given that it is the role of UL (and not the role of UPR) to procure license agreements for the invention, the total number of customers known by UPR to have received license agreements for their inventions as a direct result of the services provided by UPR is (and always will be) zero.
