Duane and Virginia S., inventors of the Clean Smile, have been notified by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that their application for a trademark has been approved. The Clean Smile is an innovative, portable dental hygiene kit. Paul G., inventor of Maternal Comfort, has also been notified by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that his application for a trademark has been approved. Maternal Comfort is a uniquely designed chair configured to meet the special comfort needs of pregnant woman.

Invented by United Patent Research clients Nicholas and Lisa O., the Doggie Hydrant is a complete system of pet waste disposal which includes a unique methodology for filling and storing waste disposal bags. The invention is patent pending in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and a United States trademark application has been filed. Recently Hercules Poly, Inc. and Doggie Walk Bags entered into non-disclosure agreements with the inventors and requested additional information about their invention. Currently, the inventors are receiving guidance from Universal Licensing, the licensing affiliate of United Patent Research, regarding the most appropriate steps to take in dealing with the interested companies.
